POSITION: EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
- Preparing Pre & Post Shipment Export documents.
- Preparing & Checking Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, Commercial invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Halal Certificate, Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate and other export documents (Country & Product Specific).
- Checking and vetting full set of Pre & Post shipment documents.
- Ensure documents are attested or legalized as per country requirement.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments documents.
- Order and Shipment tracking. - Payment follow-up.
- Communicate with international/national customers, including suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, CHA, vendors.
- Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders and CHA.
- Maintaining export documents files. - Maintaining all quality related issues files.
- Maintaining all loading pictures for each shipments.

Qualification:
Graduate (Preferably Commerce) Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years

Other Skills:
Communication (Written & Spoken English), MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word).

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm - Mon to Sat. (2nd & 4th Saturday Holiday)

Location: Vashi - Navi Mumbai
