**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take dictation using shorthand at a speed of **100-120 words per minute (WPM)**.
- Transcribe dictated material into clear and accurate written documents.
- Type and format documents, letters, reports, and minutes at a speed of **40+ words per minute (WPM)**.
- Maintain organized files and records of transcribed documents.
- Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes as required.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate with different departments for documentation and communication needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar role.
- Shorthand speed**:100-120 WPM**.
- Typing speed**:40+ WPM** with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Minimum qualification: [Graduate].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
