**Job Title**: Senior Fitter in Maintenance

**Experience**: 7-8 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, machinery, and utilities.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, assembly, dismantling, and re-installation of machine parts.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems in pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, fans, and other rotating equipment.
- Ensure proper lubrication, tightening, and replacement of worn-out parts to reduce downtime.
- Work on welding, grinding, drilling, and fabrication as required for maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, sketches, and manuals for repair work.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure safe working practices during maintenance tasks.
- Support production and utility teams to achieve smooth operations.
- Provide guidance to junior fitters and helpers when required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly techniques.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
- Awareness of safety standards and practices in maintenance work.

**Qualification**:
ITI in Fitter Trade / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
