- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in finance and accounting.
- Support the development of financial policies and procedures to maintain consistency.
- Drive initiatives to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in the Finance Domain particularly in reconciling accounts and record-to-report accounting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in finance and accounting principles to ensure effective management of financial processes.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Have excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Show adaptability in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities efficiently.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements in finance and accounting.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all financial activities.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
