**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, and implement these insights into ongoing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
