We Kotik Foundation is looking for career counselors to register as a Career Mitra for our Project Kotik Mitra in Kotik Foundation. Kotik Foundation has launched the project Kotik Mitra, in which various Mitras are going to be registered and they will provide their guidance and counseling to needy people and give a direction to bring out them from their confusion state. Career Mitra will work on behalf of the Kotik Foundation and give the counselling to needy students or persons who are looking for the career guidance.

We are looking for career guidance in various fields like: Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Science, Arts, Commerce, Film, Photography, Artists, Politics, Industry, Startups, Music, Dance, Entertainment, etc.

Remuneration: As per Company Norms

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding the client’s career preferences and concerns
- Reviewing client’s educational qualifications and work experience before offering consultation
- Informing clients of befitting and profitable career choices
- Helping clients enroll for aptitude and personality development tests
- Assisting clients in developing effective strategies for career growth
- Providing help to clients in restructuring and updating their resumes
- Offering guidance in compiling relevant documents
- Enrolling clients to skill-building workshops
- Assisting clients in developing long-term career plans
- Directing clients to therapy sessions and medical help, if needed
- Visiting schools and colleges to conduct career development programs
- Conducting mock interviews to help clients/students with interview preparations
- Offering consultation at job fairs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counseling in a reputed organization or Educationalinstitute
- Demonstrating excellent judgement and listening skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Displaying empathy and highly motivated behavior
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to offer improved customer service

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
