- Years of Exp. - 4 to 12 years_
- A healthy balance of ANZ product (primarily Loans and/or cards, but not limited to these) and business process knowledge combined with solid analytical skills - Primary_
- Deep business analysis skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environments - Primary_
- Experience defining requirements in compliance programs (such as customer remediations) and a sound understanding of data and reports - Primary_
- Ability to explore program needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate - Primary_
- Ability to guide and coach the squad to follow the NWOW/SAFe Agile/Scrum principles and practices that work best for the team, - Primary_
- Adapt to complex delivery channel and navigate through multiple checkpoints approval process to ensure adherence to program’s stringent checks._
- Exposure to data manipulation techniques in MS Excel_
- Comfortable with uncertainty and can effectively manage through ambiguity and change_
- Experience in Confluence, Jira, Xray Testing Tool_
