Solution Architect

Prefer Cand with NP < 30 days experience 5 to 8 years **Solution Architect - Azure** - Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions across multiple platforms to meet functional and non-functional requirements - Provide Microsoft Azure architecture - Implementation and Delivery of Microsoft Azure projects. - Business Development and Technical Pre-Sales for key APIT customers. - Documentation of solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup). - Collaborate and liaise with customer stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle - Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency. - Be able to provide technical direction and lead a group of one or more engineers to address a goal. - Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full life-cycle. - Required to meet customers to understand business requirements in detail. Should have adequate business savyness to ask probing questions to understand the exact requirements from the customer - Should thoroughly understand the Microsoft stack of products and services, with in-depth knowledge of how components interface with each other - Should manage the Services business. Regular reviews with the Sales and Services teams will be conducted every week, where this role is expected to provide inputs on on going solutions being worked on and progress - Should manage technical team and work with cross functional teams. - Should be able to train and mentor technical as per business requirements to upscale expertise levels. - Direct experience of a range services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, Containers, Storage, Networking and Azure Security. - Direct experience of enterprise solution shaping and Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture development including excellent documentation skills. - Experience of setting up, deploying and managing multiple environments to support agile development approaches. - Possession of either the Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions and Architecting Microsoft Azure certifications. - Deep understanding of coding best practices and modern architectural patterns, including micro services and message-driven architectures. - Recent hands-on experience with DevOps toolset. - Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction. - Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles that will be used. - Familiar with solution implementation/management, service/operations management, etc. - Leadership skills be able to inspire others and persuade - Excellent technical skills, enabling the creation of future-proof, complex global solutions. - Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills that are required to operate as a leading member of Technical Team. - It is essential that you have strong, in-depth and demonstrable hands-on experience with the following technologies: - Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments. - Microsoft Azure Platform As A Service ( PaaS ) products such as Azure SQL, App Services, Logic Apps, Functions and other Serverless services - Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such including Azure AD or AD B2C - Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics - Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates and deployment automation. - Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level Highly Available solutions. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 10+ years overall IT industry experience - Minimum of 3+ years in a cloud engineering role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms. **Technical Requirements - Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques. - Certification Requirements - Any Azure certification.
