**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Location**: Bhopal
**Department**: Design /Branding
**Reports to**: Creative Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective designs for promotional campaigns.
- Develop branding assets and ensure consistency across all visual elements.
- Conceptualize original ideas and designs for new projects and campaigns.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and maintain revisions until approval.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Assist in the creation of animations, infographics, and visual content for multimedia projects (optional based on skillset).

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with **UI/UX** design principles for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of **color theory**, **typography**, and **composition**.
- Ability to design across various formats (digital and print).
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of **video editing** and **motion graphics** is a plus (optional).
- Familiarity with **HTML/CSS** and **web design** is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design**

Pay: ₹8,323.87 - ₹31,322.89 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
