**Job Title: Accounts Intern (Freshers)**

**Location**: Bhopal

**Duration**: 3 months
- 6 months

As an Accounts Intern (Freshers) at Care and Cure Multispecialty Hospital, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop foundational skills in accounting and finance. This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in real-world accounting practices and procedures while working closely with our finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Support the month-end close process by assisting in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Learn and assist in bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
- Support the finance team in financial reporting tasks, including variance analysis and preparation of financial statements.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in accounting and finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and eagerness to learn other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
