Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations as needed.
- Engage with customers, maintain a welcoming environment, and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure customers are of legal drinking age and follow all liquor laws.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes or customer preferences.
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standards.
- Prepare cocktails, pour wine, beer, and spirits.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Provide change and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, glassware, and utensils.
- Clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and work surfaces regularly.
- Re-stock supplies (liquor, garnishes, mixers, etc.) as needed.
- Check inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Follow all local health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Monitor guest behavior and prevent over-serving or intoxicated guests.
- Ensure that the bar area adheres to all alcohol laws, including age verification and responsible service practices.
- Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Assist with training new bartenders or bar staff as required.
- Participate in opening and closing duties for the bar.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain the bar area during peak hours and special events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
