**Job Title**: Account Executive - Real Estate

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **day-to-day accounting entries** including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain **project-wise books of accounts**, ledgers, and reconciliation statements
- Prepare and file **GST returns**, TDS returns, and assist with income tax compliance
- Handle **RERA-related financial compliance and reporting**, including cost and revenue tracking as per RERA format
- Support preparation of **monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts**, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure **timely vendor payments**, invoice verification, and proper documentation
- Assist in **statutory audits, internal audits**, and coordination with CA firms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure customer receipts, agreements, and statutory compliance

**Requirements**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in **real estate or construction industry**:

- Working knowledge of **RERA compliance and reporting**:

- Proficiency in **Tally, Excel**, and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance**:

- Good understanding of real estate project financials and cash flow
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling **real estate project accounting and RERA submissions**:

- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, legal, admin)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Remuneration**:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards
