ROLE DESCRIPTION- Priority setting Multitasking and prioritization skills will be key due to the timelines on the project Business facing role- Strong interpersonal skills Change champion- Ability to conduct meetings and requirement gathering sessions- Experience working on previous manufacturing implementations with small cutoverwindows- High degree of experience needed in all areas- Previous experience working in European Italian manufacturing welcomedFG production planning PPDS

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
