Core Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals. Prepare design briefs and proposals. 2. Space Planning & Concept Development Analyze spaces for functionality, aesthetics, and safety. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with client expectations. 3. Design & Visualization Create sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentations. Select color schemes, furniture, materials, lighting, and décor. 4. Material & Product Selection Research and source materials, furnishings, and finishes. Ensure selections meet sustainability, durability, and budget requirements. 5. Project Coordination Work with architects, contractors, and vendors to implement designs. Provide detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications. 6. Budget & Cost Management Prepare cost estimates and work within financial limits. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors. 7. Execution & Supervision Visit project sites to monitor progress. Ensure design is implemented as per plan, on time, and within budget. 8. Compliance & Safety Follow building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations. Ensure ergonomic and functional design solutions. 9. Client Updates & Revisions Communicate regularly with clients. Make revisions to designs based on feedback. 10. Trend & Market Awareness Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and technology. Incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions.

Pay: ₹10,272.50 - ₹45,050.39 per month
