**Responsibilities**:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing and refining ML systems, big data analysis, staying abreast of the latest advancements in large language models.
- Thinking strategically like a product-oriented data scientist, understanding the broader business context and customer needs.
- Assisting in deploying ML models to production, with an emphasis on MLOps.
- Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of model performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Overseeing the lifecycle of models from data analysis,creation to deployment, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborating closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure high-quality design and architecture.
- Mentoring and supporting the growth of colleagues in the field of data science, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Actively participating in creating and executing quality plans, test strategies, and processes.
- Being self-driven, curious, proactive, and result-oriented.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in the data science field, proficient in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong experience in agile teams with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Experience in Azure or other cloud and distributed systems is highly valued.
- Familiarity with advancements in large language models.
- Experience in big data analysis.
- Ability to think and operate as a product-oriented data scientist.
- Understanding of MLOps for deploying ML models to production.
- Proven ability to test and evaluate model performance.

**Other Requirements**:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
