**Requirement**:
Working Capital Facilities:

- Preparation/scrutiny of CMA Data for obtaining bank sanction letters;
- Loan documentation; Mortgage creation and registration; filing of charges with ROC.
- Preparation and submission of monthly stock statements to the Bank.
- Availing of Export credit/Packing credit against export orders and complying of relevant guidelines till closure of the loans;
- Scrutiny of bills and compiling of bills for utilizing Working capital demand loans/Bills discounting facility and complying of relevant guidelines till closure of these loans/bills.
- Utilization of Warehouse Finance limits from various Banks, ensuring periodical repayments and maintenance of records.
- Preparation of our request documents/letter to the Bank for issuing of Bank Guarantees and complying of relevant guidelines till surrendering of original Bank Guarantees to the Bank.
- Submission of Quarterly Financial Data to the Bank.
- Scrutiny of our Financial Statements and submission of data to the Bank for annual review/renewal of our credit facilities.
- Regular monitoring of utilization of our credit facilities and submitting the data periodically required by the bank.
- Submission of weekly data to our top management regarding utilization level of various credit facilities.

Project Term loans:

- Submission of request letter/projections to the Bank for sanction;
- Loan documentation/mortgage creation/Charge filing with ROC, etc.
- Preparation and submission of request letters to the Bank for drawing funds from the term loans as per the progress of the project;
- Obtaining certificates from auditors for advance payments (promoters’ contributions) for submission to the bank.
- Submission of copies of tax invoices of the assets acquired/created in the project;
- Obtaining end use certificates from the auditors for the term loans utilised, for submission to the bank.
- Submission of details periodically required by the Bank.
- Submission of Quarterly Progress Reports of the project to the Bank.
- Monitoring of these term loans and ensuring regular payments of monthly interest and instalments.

Forex business:
Exports:

- Submission of export bills to the bank for collection.
- On receipt of bills proceeds/inward remittances, submitting our request to the bank for conversion into INR and taking FX rate from them.
- Follow up with the bank for getting “Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates” for all inward remittances;
- Submission of export bill data to the bank for obtaining “Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs)”.
- Maintaining all the export data.

Imports:

- Maintaining the records of import bills received by the bank on receipt of “Document Arrival Notices” from the Bank.
- Updating and maintaining the UBO details of all our overseas suppliers.
- Uploading of our request in the Enet facility for payment of import bills.
- Obtaining FX rate from the Forex Desk of the Bank for payment of the import bills.
- Sharing of debit advice and swift notifications received from the bank with our team.
- Submission of Bills of Entry to the Bank for all our import bills and obtaining of them acknowledgements.
- Maintaining all the import payment details.

Hedging of exports and imports:

- Booking forward contracts for both our exports and the imports as per the advice of our Forex Consultants and submission of relevant documents to the Bank.
- Meeting of all the commitments under Forward contracts in time
- Maintaining the date of all the Forward contracts booked and paid.

Other works:

- Care Ratings Ltd: Submission of Annual data and periodical data to Care Ratings for review/renewal of our Credit Ratings.
- Legal opinions/Valuation reports: Obtaining and scrutiny of legal opinions issued by the bank lawyers and related works pertaining to our assets given to the banks as security. Arranging the valuation reports from the bank engineers for these properties.
- Insurance: Obtaining Comprehensive Fire and burglary insurance covers on our stocks and other assets and periodical renewal of the same.
- Interaction with Banks/NBFCs: Discussion with the banks/NBFCs for obtaining need based working capital facilities, Project term loans, Loans against properties, Car loans etc.
- Maintenance of records relating to bank correspondences, loan documents, etc.
