Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of the facility’s electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems to identify and address issues proactively.

Conduct repairs and maintenance on building structures, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components in compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.

Carry out carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, cabinetry, shelving, and drywall.

Assist with setting up and maintaining office or facility spaces, including furniture assembly and minor renovations.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring mínimal disruption to facility operations.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies.

Keep tools and equipment organized, maintained, and calibrated for optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician, handyman, or maintenance worker.

Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and basic mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., electrical license, plumbing certification) are a plus.

Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and in confined spaces.

Working Conditions:
Regularly required to work outdoors and indoors in various environmental conditions.

On-call availability for emergency repairs outside of regular hours.

May involve standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.

Pay: ₹18,993.54 - ₹23,619.57 per month
