We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Tutor Assistant to join our team. As a Tutor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our educators and students by assisting in various educational activities, including lesson planning, student tracking, progress reporting, and more. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our students while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE and IBDP curriculum, with previous experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students.
- Proficiency in educational technology and software for creating lesson plans, tracking student progress, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist educators in creating comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the IGCSE and IBDP curriculum.
- Collaborate with tutors to track student work, provide feedback, and monitor academic progress.
- Prepare and generate detailed score reports for students, highlighting areas of strength and improvement.
- Support educators in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that align with the institute's teaching philosophy.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrollment, scheduling, and communication with parents/guardians.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IGCSE and IBDP curriculum to ensure effective support for students and educators.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,241.37 - ₹16,484.44 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
