**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with content creators to understand their niche, target audience, and content goals.

Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to increase channel visibility and subscriber base.

Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize content for search and discovery.

Create and manage social media campaigns to cross-promote YouTube content on various platforms.

Monitor channel analytics, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to content creators for continuous improvement.

Build relationships with influencers and other potential collaborators to expand the channel's reach.

Provide guidance on video optimization, including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions, to maximize click-through rates.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure a competitive edge.

Conduct regular training sessions for content creators on YouTube promotion techniques and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹120.00 - ₹220.00 per hour

Expected hours: 100 per week
