Able to work in any shift.

Perform welding process such as SMAW, SAW, GMAW, GTAW. (Pipe & Groove)

Must Follow Welding Supervisor Instruction.

Perform weld in heavy equipment.

Perform Arc Gouging, Gas Cutting, Manual Grinding.

Should worked on SS, MS and Alloy steel, Overlay & Inlay.

Capable of operating overhead crane.

Should understand welding process specifications and Drawing.

Set up and weld parts using welding equipment.

Able to work Under Pre-Heat Temperature 250deg C.

Perform another department work-related Task as required as assigned.

Maintain production documentation per required procedure.

Perform daily machine maintenance as per Check list and keep their work area as neat/Clean.

Lead supervise works on shift.

Ensure uninterpreted production works in shift.

Ensure the consumable usage.

Check Weld data sheet and monitor the Pre heat works.

Ensure Daily maintenance check list.

Provide indent for weld consumable requirements.

Hand over completed job to next level per Job router.
