**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the school library, including cataloging, organizing, and shelving books and other materials.
- Assist students and teachers in locating and selecting books, reference materials, and resources.
- Promote reading and literacy by organizing book fairs, reading programs, and other activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum-related research and projects.
- Develop and maintain a collection of books, periodicals, and digital resources that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
- Stay updated with current trends in library science, technology, and education to enhance library services.
- Manage library budget, including purchasing new materials and resources.
- Supervise library assistants and volunteers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a library, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in library management software and digital resources.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff.
- Passion for reading, learning, and promoting literacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
