Design and develop training materials and modules tailored to the needs of counter sales executives, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
- Create training schedules and ensure that all new hires receive proper induction and onboarding.
- Continuously update training content to reflect changes in products, services, policies, or procedures.
- Teach key topics, including effective sales techniques, customer engagement, POS (Point of Sale) system operation, product knowledge, and handling customer complaints.
- Train sales executives on upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
- Develop strategies for improving sales conversion rates and customer retention.
- Offer tips and techniques for handling challenging customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
