- **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Provide academic, personal and career advise to students.
- Lead and organize students activities.
- Plan and present career educational workshops
- Drive process improvements in day to day works
- Organizing meetings and updating calanders.
- Assisting and supporting management
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Ready to work on target basis.
- Help and support students need in dealing with personal stress andproblems of adjustment.
- Mediate conflicts between students and teachers.
- **SKILLS REQUIRED**_
- Communication skills both oral and written.
- Critical thinking skills
- Active listener
- Basic computer knowledge ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
