Purchase Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other items as per production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
- Maintain and update vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), track order status, and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/production teams to avoid stockouts.
- Verify purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Generate procurement-related MIS reports and assist in cost control initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Business Administration/Supply Chain preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing. - Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/Busy/Tally or similar procurement/accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gondia, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
