Job Description: Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop creative and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and design concepts that align with the brand's guidelines.

3. Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other relevant software to create high-quality designs.

4. Edit and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across different platforms.

5. Assist in video editing tasks using tools like Canva, VN, or Filmora to create basic videos for social media or marketing purposes.

6. Ensure that all design projects are completed within established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, including emerging software and techniques.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.

9. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of designs.

10. Maintain an organized file management system to easily retrieve and share design assets.

**Requirements**:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

4. Knowledge of basic video editing tools like Canva, VN, or Filmora.

5. Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.

6. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

8. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and best practices.

9. A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Mansa, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
