**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, furniture layouts, and color schemes.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and decor elements that align with the design concept.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of the design.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Provide guidance and supervision to design assistants or junior designers, if applicable.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Designer.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of spatial arrangements, color schemes, and furniture design.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
