**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver high-quality lessons in Economics to senior secondary students.
- Plan and execute engaging and interactive lessons, utilizing modern teaching methods and resources.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of the Economics syllabus as per the curriculum.
- Provide additional support to students, including doubt-clearing sessions and exam preparation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments) to evaluate students’ progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Maintain student records, grades, and progress reports.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development of lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources.
- Stay updated with any changes in the curriculum or examination patterns.
- Introduce innovative teaching techniques to enhance student learning outcomes.
- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Motivate students and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- **Collaborate with Faculty**:

- Work with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or similar teaching qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Economics at the senior secondary level.
- Prior experience in coaching or tutoring for competitive exams will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the Economics syllabus for Classes 11-12.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources (smartboards, online learning platforms, etc.).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
