Sending apology letter.

IFBC card PSF calling.

11.

20th day home visit, follow up daily and entering in excel. (Cont’d on page:2)

12.

Preparing Cent report for Chairman and CEO.

13.

Delivery time and Monitoring report.

14.

Attending incoming calls.

15.

Attending Tele Customers complaint and taking assistance to solve it.

16.

MDS PSF calling.

17.

Preparing other reports.

18.

MDS referral calling.

19.

Test drive confirmation calls.
