**About Us**:
Grit Developments is a leading real estate development company, and we are looking for a **talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. If you have a passion for crafting engaging visual content and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
- Enhance raw footage with motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design.
- Work on property walkthrough videos, promotional ads, and brand content.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design engaging graphics for social media, brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Create branding materials, including logos, business cards, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content.
- Stay up to date with design trends and real estate marketing strategies.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work hours will be in EST from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in video editing & graphic design.
- **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- **Skills**:

- Strong storytelling and visual editing skills.
- Motion graphics & animation experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media trends & best practices for video content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Hardware Requirements**:

- Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor
- 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- SSD for better performance
- Dedicated GPU preferred
- Stable high-speed internet connection
