**For BizConnect Events & XploR**

Are you that person who lives for likes, thrives on trends, and knows how to turn scrolls into sales? We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can help make some serious noise for our brands — **BizConnect Events & XploR**

In this role, you’ll be managing social media presence, engagement, and content for both BizConnect Events, our flagship events & experiences brand, and XploR, our innovation and thought-leadership vertical. You'll get to shape and grow the voice of two exciting, fast-evolving brands.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Create Buzz & Build Vibes**: From carousel posts and reels to polls and behind-the-scenes stories, you’ll be curating content that gets people talking (and clicking).
- **Work the Network**: Strategically send out LinkedIn connection requests to decision-makers at ad agencies, brand associations, and potential client organizations. It’s all about planting seeds and growing our presence.
- **Collaborate to Create**:Get content made by our internal team or freelancers videos, graphics, and anything cool that tells our story.
- **Data with a Purpose**:Help the sales & marketing team by collating and filtering potential client data from platforms and channels. Smarter targeting = stronger results.
- **Be a Follow-Up Ninja**: Not just connect on LinkedIn, but follow up, engage, and build relationships that turn into real business leads.
- **Content with Substance**: Work with our content partners or AI tools to develop short blogs, then repurpose them across social and our website.
- **Drive Engagement**: Stay on top of platform trends and experiment with interactive formats - lives, contests, Q&As, memes, or anything that gets the community buzzing.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A creative thinker who’s social-media native especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Someone who can own the brand voice and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Knows the B2B game and how to stir up engagement in the events, experiential, and tech space.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
