Talking about the JOB, The initial 2 months TRAINING is just to check if you are capable of the work and job roles If we find everything is perfect, you would be automatically be promoted to a full time job position in our company

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Manufacturing when manufacturing manager is not present
- Assist the manufacturing manager
- Handling our website
- Managing stock
- Dispatching our orders
- Collaborations assist
- Order Management
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Making digital designs
- Should be able to operate canva, photoshop

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh - 160002, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
