**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Outbound Telecaller to join our IT company. As an Outbound Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote our IT services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our IT services.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and initiate the process.
- Identify and qualify prospects by asking relevant questions and understanding their specific requirements.
- Provide detailed information about our services, and pricing plans to prospects.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our IT solutions, including software and technical services.
- Effectively communicate with prospects to address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an outbound telecaller or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor service pitches accordingly.
