- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM Support for around 10 to 12 years Techno-Functional experience
- Developmental experience in Peoplesoft Core HR and NA Payroll, Performance Management and Benefit modules
- Proficient in Oracle Sql Knowledge
- Should have worked in PeopleSoft HRMS in Application version 9.1 / 9.2 (People Tools 8.50, 8.51 and 8.53)
- Good experience in designing new components and pages
- Should be well versed with PeopleSoft security model
- Experience of working in offshore Support team(s).
- Effectively handled small and large project.
- Knowledge in Integrating with other HRMS systems like Workday, Agora etc., will be an added advantage.
