**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with business leaders and their teams to solve problems and drive large-scale organization change
- Work with people to deliver change
- Help deliver business outcomes as the custodians of the people journey
- Work on a variety of large scale transformation projects, ranging from Digital Transformation to Technology Transformation, Post Merger Integration and Managed Services
- Define Change Strategy for our clients to achieve their transformation objectives by ensuring adoption at speed
- Identify, engage and align Leadership and impacted stakeholders
- Develop persona based change plans
- Conduct Change Impact & Readiness Assessment
- Create pragmatic communication and training strategy to drive adoption of new technology/process by impacted users
- Leverage your social media skills to drive change
- Work with Wipro’s suite of Digital enabling tools and partners to drive adoption
- Monitor adoption to drive sustained improvement
- Utilize industry best practices in organizational change management

**Desired Qualification**:

- Someone who is passionate about people and helping businesses deliver business outcomes
- Prior background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) domain with at least 5+ years of work experience of which at least 3+ years are in OCM
- Individually own and deliver change management activities such as Change Strategy, CIA, CRA, TNA, etc.
- Awareness and understanding of different Organizational Change Management approaches
- Experience of driving change adoption for large scale technology implementation preferably in one of the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Cloud, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SFDC, Workday, RPA, Blockchain
- Ability to effectively manage and work with cross cultural teams
- Willingness to travel for short / long term to client location (Domestic as well as International)
- Support T&C leaders in practice and business development
