**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team of designers to translate conceptual ideas into detailed CAD drawings and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings that reflect the vision and requirements of each project.
- Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that design concepts are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and measurements as needed to gather information and assess project constraints.
- Provide support during the material selection process by creating renderings and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to track revisions, updates, and project milestones.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and CAD software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer in an interior design or architecture firm, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in CAD drafting and modeling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Sketchup: 3 years (required)
