**Job description**

**Responsible for Individual & corporate taxation** for the entity & promoters

**Handle investments accounting** for Shares, Mutual funds, other securities, dividends, capital gains, interest calculations, any income from investments, investment purchases and sales, accounting transactions in mutual fund account statements, demat account, broker balances etc.

Investment reporting using **investment software/platform**

**Compliances & MIS** for efficient controls and planning including **company law board, RBI etc**

Oversee accounting including bank payments, receipts, expenses accounting, fees, salaries, reimbursements, professional tax and data entry of all entries

**TDS applicability, TDS rates, TDS payments, TDS returns etc**

**Finalization of accounts for **multiple investment companies accounts & tax on Tally and MIS module
