**Skin Therapist Job Description at Aesthetics Clinic - Female**

**Location**: Borivali west, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of **aesthetic treatments**, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct **skin assessments and consultations** to recommend personalized skincare solutions.
- Maintain **up-to-date knowledge** of skincare products, treatments, and technologies.
- Educate clients on **skincare routines, post-treatment care, and best practices**.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with **clinic protocols and safety regulations**.
- Maintain high standards of **hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization** in treatment rooms.
- Build and maintain **client relationships**, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and participate in **training and professional development** sessions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Certification/Diploma** in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- **Experience** in an aesthetics clinic, dermatology center, or spa is preferred.
- Knowledge of **advanced skincare treatments** and medical-grade skincare products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work **flexible hours**, including weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
