**Role: Educator (Online Content Creator - Mathematics/Science for Classes 8th to 12th)**

**Pay**: ₹5,000 - ₹25,000 INR per month (Based on quality and engagement)
**Mode**: Remote (Work from anywhere)

**Eligibility**
- **Education**: Graduate or post-graduate in **Mathematics**, **Science**, or a related field.
- **Subject Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **Mathematics** or **Science** concepts, especially for classes 8th to 12th.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly preferred.
- **Content Creation Tools**: Knowledge of tools for **online content creation**, such as **Google Suite**, **Microsoft Office**, **Canva**, or basic video editing software.
- **Availability**: Must be available **full-time** to ensure timely content creation and delivery.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Content Creation for Mathematics/Science (Classes 8th to 12th)**: Design structured, syllabus-aligned content for online teaching, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- **Visual Aids Development**: Work with the media team to create interactive visual aids like images, diagrams, GIFs, and short video clips to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Practice Material**: Create quizzes, assignments, mock tests, and worksheets to reinforce learning outcomes.
- **Supplementary Materials**: Prepare short notes, summaries, and key takeaways for each topic.
- **Learning Outcome Improvement**: Track student performance and feedback to identify gaps and improve the learning experience.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure high-quality standards in all content produced to maintain academic rigor and engagement.
