**Job Description for Associate Designer (DG - L1)**

The Associate Designer at level 1 (DG - L1) is responsible for executing design tasks with guidance from senior management or various departments. They focus on creating design elements such as web page logos, OG thumbnails, banners, posters, and social media graphics. Collaboration with senior teams to align designs with business goals and managing design assets are crucial aspects of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute design tasks under guidance from senior management or different departments.
- Create design elements like web page logos, OG thumbnails, banners, posters and social media graphics
- Collaborate with senior teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Manage design assets and maintain file organization

**Skills**:

- Good understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Understanding of Elementor and WordPress Plugins

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field would add an advantage to your profile
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills..

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
