**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to **manufacturers, factories, and jewellery businesses** to introduce and promote our machinery.
- Generate **leads and qualify potential customers** based on their business needs.
- Explain **product features, technical specifications, and benefits** to potential buyers.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of **prospective and existing clients** in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the **field sales team** for on-site product demonstrations and meetings.
- Meet and exceed **sales targets and call quotas** set by the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information to **assist in decision-making**.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in telemarketing or B2B sales, preferably in **industrial machinery or jewellery machinery sales**.
- Strong **verbal communication and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to **understand technical products** and explain them to potential buyers.
- Experience with **CRM software** and basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a **goal-oriented mindset**.
- Excellent **negotiation and relationship-building skills**.
- Fluency in **English and local language(s)** (preferred).
