- **Customer engagement**: Field marketers interact with potential customers directly through demonstrations, product sampling, and other activities
- **Budget management**: Field marketers manage the budget for their region's marketing activities, ensuring that resources are used efficiently
- **Team leadership**: Field marketers may manage a team of field marketing professionals, providing guidance and support
- **Marketing collateral**: Field marketers create marketing collateral, such as sales tools, case studies, and testimonials
- **Direct selling**: Field marketers may make sales to customers at the point of interaction
- **Event management**: Field marketers may promote and execute event-related campaigns
- **Data collection**: Field marketers collect consumer data to generate leads and inform future campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or communications
- Experience in business administration or advertising
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An outgoing personality

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:
