**Position: Medical Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell PBMP’s range of homeopathic products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and practicing homeopaths in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the homeopathy field, including healthcare professionals and retail outlets.
- Cover sales areas in Kolkata, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, and Uttar Pradesh (if applicable).
- Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
- Identify and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide relevant training to clients as required.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain market leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, specifically in homeopathic medicines, working with brands like SBL, Wilmar Schwabe, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the homeopathic market, including dealers, distributors, retailers, and practicing homeopaths in the assigned regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and use of basic sales tools.
