**Design Assistance**:

- Support senior designers in creating interior concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Assist in preparing 2D and 3D design presentations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
- Help in selecting materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings based on project requirements and client preferences.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including mood boards, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and material lists.
- Conduct site measurements and surveys as required.

**Client Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the design and execution teams.
- Organize and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes on feedback and project updates.
- Present design concepts, material samples, and project progress updates to clients.
- Address client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

**Site Coordination**:

- Liaise between clients, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure alignment with the project vision and timelines.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and gather updates to share with clients.
- Ensure any client-driven changes are effectively communicated to the design and execution teams.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure design accuracy and adherence to client specifications.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and report any deviations to the project manager.
- Assist in creating invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
