**JOB DESCRIPTION**

I. ** (CONTEXT AND PRIMARY FUNCTION)**

Responsible for servicing the existing client business for the assigned divisions; co-ordinating with the vendors and the cross functional teams to ensure delivery within committed parameters.

II. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Customer
- Understand the business and other technical requirements of the client and ensure that their expectation on cost/delivery /quality of the product are being met/ exceeded.
- Communicate with clients in a timely and effective manner to update them on progress of the product at each stage and resolve issues if any.
- Work on the cost as well as time and action plan in order to meet the cost target and the deliveries as required by client.

People
- Escalate people issues in the team appropriately
- Participate in all people related activities
- Share knowledge and support colleagues.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the project team
- Interact with team to evaluate, influence and provide options where necessary.

Financial
- Grow the existing lines of business by ensuring the best quality, cost and timelines for the client
- Provide inputs to optimize product costs within required budgets
- Update Finance team on status of projections on a regular basis.

Operations
- Understand the client requirements for the given product along with the Tech team and vendors and ensure that issues if any are highlighted and communicated to the client; suggest alternatives and obtain client approvals where necessary.
- Create the Cost sheet and TNA based on the client requirements keeping in mind the factors affecting the same; offer alternatives to optimize product cost.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure production capacity offering/ utilization.
- Co-ordinate with the client and vendors regarding all issues pertaining to the product from sample to shipment to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines.
- Evaluate real time issues and incorporate corrective action plans to avoid deviations.
- Co-ordinate with the Product Development, Tech & QA, Production and Logistics EaHeteams as and when required to identify and resolve any issues and ensure smooth functioning.
- Review status reports from the production team to measure the health of the project.
- Contribute and participate in project and quality reviews.
- Contribute to best practices and focus on adding value to the client / organization.
