**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Promote and sell Toyota vehicles by highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with Toyota product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Complete all necessary sales paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:Freshers are welcome** to apply, though **prior sales experience** (preferably in automotive or retail) will be given preference.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
