Data Scientist

Job Summary
- Understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and deep learning model design using PyTorch.
- Experience in training large-scale language models from scratch and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
- Skilled in preprocessing textual data for natural language processing.
- Skills in designing data annotation strategies and evaluating model performance.
- Experience in scaling LLMs for production environments.
- Complete cycle of training, fine-tuning, and validating language models.
- Exploration of new technologies and methodologies in language model development.
- Understanding of algorithms for LLM alignment and data retrieval from unstructured data. Understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex and other LLM SIs.
- Analyzing data and identifying patterns; proficient in deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, and similar libraries.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying Large Language Models.
- 2+ year experience in handling small to mid-size AI/ML teams.
- Thorough understanding of machine learning, deep learning techniques, and neural network architectures.
- Proficiency in AI technology, Python, NLP libraries, and text classification.
- Experience with PyTorch, Tensorflow, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and ML deployment tool Docker.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning and optimization techniques for LLMs.
- Strong communication skills.

Good To Have Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in data analytics, data science, and quantitative analysis.
- Basic experience with Linux, Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and Agile development practices.
- Experience with distributed computational techniques and job orchestration tools and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹461,053.08 - ₹1,242,292.49 per year
