Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Instruction:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the CBSE curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and educational resources.
- Student Support and Mentorship:

- Build strong relationships with students and serve as a positive role model, providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement as needed.
- Identify individual student strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to tailor instruction and support academic progress.
- Parent Communication:

- Establish open and effective communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, academic performance, and behavior.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or challenges related to their child's education and well-being.
- Classroom Management:

- Create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to participate.
- Implement consistent classroom rules, routines, and behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and mastery of curriculum concepts.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance, strengths, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Curriculum Planning and Development:

- Participate in curriculum planning sessions and contribute to the development and enhancement of instructional materials, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
- Incorporate interdisciplinary and project-based learning approaches to enhance student engagement and relevance of learning experiences.
- Professional Development:

- Stay abreast of current trends, best practices, and innovations in education through ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Engage in reflective practice and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
