**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Collaborate with the design and product management teams to translate research findings into coherent design ideas and strategies.
- Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- Participate in the development and iteration of prototypes to test and refine user interface elements.
- Analyze user feedback and activity data to understand the effectiveness of design choices and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX field.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of UI/UX design principles and techniques.
- Experience with UI/UX research methodologies and tools (e.g., usability studies, A/B testing, user interviews).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and project variety is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
