Job Description for Telecaller (Real Estate)

Position: Telecaller (female)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + Commission

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases, introducing the company’s real estate services and properties.

2. Client Communication: Engage with prospective buyers, answer queries, provide information about real estate listings, and assist in scheduling appointments.

3. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into potential buyers, ensuring smooth follow-up and customer satisfaction.

4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer data and sales records in the system.

5. Market Understanding: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and offerings to offer accurate advice to clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a similar field is essential, helping you understand property types, market trends, and client needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their concerns.
- Sales Skills: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers to take action, while maintaining a professional approach.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated to achieve set targets and earn commission through successful conversions.
