**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and manage a range of urological conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform urological surgeries and procedures, including mínimally invasive techniques.
- Interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and lab results.
- Educate patients and families on urological health and post-treatment care.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals for interdisciplinary care.
- Participate in medical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with specialization in Urology.
- Completed accredited residency in Urology.
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in [Insert Country/State].
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
- Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in laparoscopic or robotic-assisted urology is an asset.
